Connor Volpe

Connor Volpe joins Fortify College Athletics LLC after gaining valuable experience over four years working at multiple schools across both the FBS and FCS levels. Most recently, he served as the Compliance Specialist at Austin Peay State University, where he managed compliance assistant tools, ARMS, and INFLCR. Additionally, Connor was responsible for maintaining CARA and recruiting logs for 15 different sports.

At Austin Peay, Connor became the primary contact for Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) matters. He managed NIL deal disclosures for all sports and served as the on-campus liaison for the university’s collective. Connor also educated over 300 student-athletes on NIL branding, content creation, and compliance.

Before his role at Austin Peay, Connor worked as an intern at Boise State during the 2020-21 academic year and as a graduate assistant at Southern Mississippi in 2021-22.

Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Morehead State University (2020) and a Master’s in Higher Education Student Affairs Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi (2023).
