Shalini Shanker
Consultant
Shalini Shanker joined Fortify as a Consultant in March 2026. She is a seasoned athletics administrator and NCAA Compliance leader with over 20 years of experience. She previously served as Senior Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Colorado State University, with additional experience as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator and sport administrator.
She has held key compliance roles at the University of Kansas and the University of Florida. A graduate of the NCAA Dr. Charles Whitcomb Leadership Institute, she has served on the NCAA Legislative Committee and as Vice-chair of the Division I Softball Committee. She holds a J.D. and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kansas.
