Jackie Gordon Duvall

Jackie Gordon Duvall joined Fortify College Athletics, LLC as a Consultant in December 2024.  She will primarily provide Compliance Solutions for NCAA Division II clients. She also serves as the Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at Kentucky State University.

On a national level, Duvall has contributed to the NCAA DII Track and Field Committee and the NCAA DII Make It Yours Design Team. In 2023, she graduated from the DII Athletic Director Association (D2ADA) mentorship program. She is currently an active member of Women Leaders in Sports and the National Association for Athletics Compliance.

Duvall holds two master’s degrees—one in Child and Family Studies and the other in Organizational Leadership—from Western Kentucky University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Informational Studies, with a focus in Family Studies, from the University of Kentucky. 

During her time at Kentucky, she was a member of the Track and Field team, earning multiple accolades including ALL-SEC Academic Honors from 2003-2007, 2004 National Indoor Competitor, 2004 Indoor Record Holder in the Distance Medley Relay, and participation in the 2007 SEC Championship. In 2020, she was inducted into the Kentucky Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

Jackie and her husband, Nicholas Duvall, reside in Frankfort, Kentucky, with their four children.
