Francie Boyer

Francie Boyer joined Fortify College Athletics as a Compliance Specialist in February 2025. Prior to Fortify, she served as the Assistant Athletics Director – Student Services at the University of Kansas, where her primary responsibility was student-athlete eligibility. Boyer has extensive experience in compliance, having held positions at Boston College, Baylor University, and the NAIA.  She also completed a compliance internship with Bond, Schoeneck & King. She is a former graduate assistant in the KU Compliance Office. Boyer earned both her bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of the National Association of Athletics Compliance Coordinators (NAAC) and Women Leaders in College Sports.
